Enap Biobío Warehouse Management Service

The In House Operation service of the Enap Refinerías Biobio winery, considers all the operation and management of it, that is, we must carry out the activities of generating requests for purchase orders, either for planned materials or specific purchases for users, the reception, coding, storage, inventory, dispatch and transfer of these, both physically and systemically in SAP. The transfers, loading and unloading of equipment and containers are carried out with critical equipment, such as boom truck, forklift and additional Side Lifter service.

In relation to the optimization of the inventory, we work in parallel with the Aconcagua Refinery warehouse team, validating the stock that can be provided, and thus avoiding purchases in said warehouse, optimizing the stock between both refineries. There is a joint work with the Enap team, in the permanent review of planning parameters and purchase monitoring, to control and avoid overstock.

Additionally, the parallel project of total inventory of the winery is carried out with around 32,000 materials / spare parts / equipment, etc. with exclusive personnel for said activity.

The service awarded by MANVIER includes all the activities required to ensure the operation of the warehouses, both from a physical and systemic point of view (SAP), in accordance with the regulations, policies and procedures of each of the business units of refineries.
